Don and Joyce and Ted and I went on holiday together both abroad and home counties and people we met were very surprised that our son was married to their daughter-such friendships are not the norm. Don was very kind to Ted on our last holiday together when Ted was degenerated with Dementia - he took Ted for walks in the woodlands which Ted really enjoyed. He and Ted got on well as they were both Manly Men.
